O MEME NO ENSINO DE LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA DO ENSINO MÉDIO

O meme é um gênero emergente da internet cuja estrutura textual apresenta um caráter interdisciplinar, e por isso permite diversas compreensões, desde o foco temático ao qual o contexto foi estruturado até às depreensões expressas pelos sujeitos sociais no processo de leitura, haja vista que a imagem também é texto, ou seja, requer por parte do leitor competência para compreendê-lo. Diante dessas considerações, objetiva-se com o presente artigo abordar o gênero emergente meme no ensino de Língua Portuguesa do Ensino Médio, compreendendo-o como possibilidade metodológica para a leitura de textos. A pesquisa é classificada como bibliográfica, elaborada a partir de materiais impressos e disponibilizados na internet. Como fundamentação teórica destacam-se os autores Antunes (2003), Dionísio (2006), Marcuschi (2003, 2005) e Lima-Neto (2014), os quais tratam, respectivamente, sobre o ensino de Língua Portuguesa e suas variáveis, entre elas a leitura; a multimodalidade; os gêneros textuais, suas concepções e características; e os gêneros emergentes da internet, entre outros autores. Utilizar o gênero emergente meme no ensino de Língua Portuguesa é ressignificar no educando um pensar crítico e reflexivo, considerando suas práticas sociais de uso da língua, e reconhecer o caráter interdisciplinar que esse gênero emergente apresenta, uma vez que aborda sobre diversos temas do cotidiano.

The meme is an emerging genre of the internet whose textual structure presents an in-terdisciplinary character, and for this reason it allows diverse understandings, from the thematic focus to which the context was structured until the deprehensions expressed by the social subjects in the process of reading, since the image it is also text, that is, it requires the reader to understand it. In view of these considerations, the objective of this article is to approach the emerging genre meme in the teaching of Portuguese High School, understanding it as a methodological possibility for reading texts. The research is classifi ed as bibliographical, elaborated from printed materials and made available on the internet. As a theoretical basis, we highlight the authors Antunes (2003), Dioní-sio (2006), Marcuschi (2003, 2005) and Lima-Neto (2014), who deal respectively with Portuguese language teaching and its variables, the reading; multimodality; the textual genres, their conceptions and characteristics; and emerging internet genres, among other authors. To use the emerging genre meme in Portuguese language teaching is to re-signifi cate in the student a critical and refl exive thinking, considering their social practices of language use, and to recognize the interdisciplinary character that this emerging genre presents, since it deals with diff erent themes of daily life.
