Em meio ao cenário de instabilidade econômica e competitividade no mercado, é perceptível a relevância de uma boa influência da liderança para com os colaboradores. Consentir seu papel como líder torna-se imprescindível para que, através de sua imagem, da participação nas rotinas empresariais, respeito, responsabilidade e confiança, ele possa inspirar os trabalhadores para juntos alcançarem resultados que contribuirão para o crescimento organizacional e, por conseguinte na vida profissional dos mesmos. A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral conhecer os papéis essenciais da liderança meio ao cenário desafiador organizacional em tempos de mudanças, e como objetivo especifico identificar o que é a liderança e sua influência em gestores diante fatores de mudanças. A estrutura proposta para elaboração deste estudo quanto ao tipo, foi a pesquisa descritiva e exploratória, por meio da técnica do estudo de caso, o instrumento de coleta de dados foi questionário com a abordagem quantitativa dos dados. Assim pôde ser analisado e discutido os dados, percebendo que é necessário uma transformação continua, onde o líder precisa conhecer suas necessidades. A liderança tem um papel fundamental para a condução dos resultados, na busca do sucesso frente ao mercado instável, incerto e imprevisível precisando entender as mudanças e adaptar a elas.

Amidst the scenario of economic instability and market competitiveness, the relevance of a good influence of leadership towards employees is perceptible. Consent to his role as a leader becomes essential so that, through his image, participation in business routines, respect, responsibility and trust, he can inspire workers to together achieve results that will contribute to organizational growth and, therefore, in their professional lives. The research had as general objective to know the essential roles¬ of leadership in the challenging organizational scenario in times of change, and as a specific objective to identify what leadership is and its influence on managers in the face of change factors. The structure proposed for the elaboration of this study regarding the type, was the descriptive research, through the technique of the case study, the instrument of data collection was a questionnaire with the quantitative approach of the data. Thus, the data could be analyzed and discussed, realizing that a transformation is necessary, where the leader needs to know their needs. Leadership plays a fundamental role in driving results, in the pursuit of success in the face of an unstable, uncertain and unpredictable market, needing to understand changes and adapt to them.
