Este relato de experiência apresenta o diálogo com uma das perguntas de Sanseverino (2015), que em sua dissertação investigou qual o papel dos Técnicos em Assuntos Educacionais (TAEs) nas Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior (IFES). Conversa especificamente a respeito das ações que podem favorecer o desenvolvimento de atividades vinculando ensino, pesquisa e extensão universitária. A interlocução ocorre por meio de apresentação da metodologia utilizada na construção do encontro "Políticas Públicas e Extensão Universitária – o PROEXT na UFF", realizado em 2014. Neste sentido, o texto que segue visa expor a experiência de atividade realizada na IFES com o objetivo de propor melhorias no âmbito da gestão pública universitária ao mesmo tempo em que compartilha minha produção acadêmica e técnico-científica como servidor administrativo em educação.

This experience report discusses one of the questions of Sanseverino (2015), who in her dissertation investigated the role of Technicians in Educational Affairs in the Federal Institutions of Higher Education. Talk specifically about the actions that may favor the development of activities linking education, research and university extension. The dialogue will be through the presentation of the methodology used in the construction of the meeting "Public Policy and University Extension – the PROEXT at UFF ", realized in 2014. In this regard, the following text aims to expose activity experiment conducted at that Federal Institution aiming to propose improvements within the university public management while sharing my academic and scientific-technical production as administrative server in education.
