Através do olhar da criminologia crítica, o presente estudo terá como objeto de análise o impacto das ideologias patriarcais e sua influência direta e indireta sobre o papel das mulheres no crime de tráfico de drogas. Pela utilização da Teoria do Etiquetamento Social, o artigo apontará reflexões necessárias ao estudo do tema e da realidade encontrada e documentada por profissionais em levantamentos nacionais, bem como uma proposta de interpretação da atuação do Estado e do sistema penal na estigmatização negra feminina.
Through the perspective of critical criminology, the present study will analyze the impact of patriarchal ideologies and their direct and indirect influence on the role of women in drug trafficking crime. Using the Labeling Approach Theory, this article points out necessary reflections to the study of the theme and of the reality discovered and documented by professionals in national surveys, as well as a proposition of interpretation that sees the part of Estate and the criminal justice system on the female black stigmatization.
