O texto pretende analisar os aspectos gerais do plea bargain e, particularmente, o modo como se pretende inserir o modelo de soluções negociadas em nosso país. A partir de revisão bibliográfica, busca-se discutir a inserção de um modelo de acordos no âmbito de variadas culturas jurídicas, o seu fundamento e, ainda, abordar os principais aspectos problemáticos da sua aplicação.
The text intends to analyze the general aspects of plea bargain and, in particular, the way in which the model of solutions negotiated in our country. From the literature review, we seek to discuss the insertion of a model of agreements within the scope of various legal cultures, its foundation and also address the main problematic aspects of its application.
