O tema que será abordado neste trabalho é o uso da ferramenta classificação ABC, lei de Pareto, também conhecida como princípio 80/20, em uma empresa do ramo de panificação e confeitaria. O trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de diagnosticar os principais problemas enfrentados pela empresa, com foco na área de produção e estocagem. Com o objetivo de identificar e classificar os produtos que geram maior custos para serem produzidos e assim melhorar o gerenciamento dos produtos. Para atingir os objetivos, foi feita uma descrição da empresa, seguida de uma análise dos problemas encontrados. Em seguida, uma revisão da literatura, destacando noções de estoque e das ferramentas de gerenciamento utilizada. Através de um estudo pode-se classificar os produtos em classes A, B e C de importância. Através da implantação da classificação ABC, que é uma ferramenta gerencial muito utilizada para a determinar os produtos de maior relevância, os que merecem maior atenção do proprietário, pois são os que tem maior retorno econômico. Outras melhorias foram sugeridas para implementação, tais como: implantação do controle de entrada e saída de produtos do estoque first in first out (FIFO), buscar novos fornecedores mais em conta de produtos classe A.

The theme that will be addressed in this work is the use of the tool classification ABC, Pareto law, also known as the 80/20 principle, in a company in the business of bakery and confectionery. The study was conducted in order to diagnose the main problems faced by the company, focusing on the area of production and storage. In order to identify and classify products that generate higher costs to be produced and thus improve the management of products. To achieve the objectives, a description of the company was made, followed by an analysis of the problems encountered. Next, a review of the literature, highlighting stock notions and management tools used. Through a study can classify the products in class A, B and C of importance. Through the implementation of the ABC classification, which is a management tool widely used to determine the most relevant products, which deserve greater attention from the owner, as are those who have greater economic returns. Other improvements were suggested for implementation, such as input control deployment and exit of stock products first in first out (FIFO), seek new suppliers more account product class A.
