VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL INFANTO JUVENIL: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE O AGRESSOR

Introdução: a violência sexual infanto juvenil denota-se nas formas de abuso e exploração, seja extra ou intrafamiliar, ocorrendo ou não contato físico, a pender das manifestações, e contexto ocorrido. Mostra-se como um agravo de saúde pública, quando é apresentada uma relação de poder e domínio do agressor sobre a vítima. Objetivo: analisar o perfil do agressor sexual infanto juvenil. Materiais e Métodos: trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, documental, transversal, censitária, cujo universo são fichas de notificação/investigação individual do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação - SINAN, de 53 cidades de Minas Gerais, do ano de 2018. Resultados: apontou-se que 162 agressores eram do sexo masculino; sendo 86 adultos e 40 adolescentes; 131 agressores não estavam sob o efeito de álcool durante a violência. Percebeu-se, em 85,14%, existência de vínculo entre vítima e agressor. Conclusão: foi possível analisar o perfil dos agressores sexuais infanto juvenis e esperase que os resultados deste estudo possibilitem visibilidade ao tema, sendo uma questão de saúde pública.

Introduction: sexual violence in children and adolescents is seen in the forms of abuse and exploitation, whether extra or intrafamily, occurring or not physical contact, the hanging of the manifestations, and context occurred. It is shown as a public health problem, where a relation of power and domination of the aggressor over the victim is presented. Objective: analyze the profile of the sexual aggressor in children and adolescents. Materials and Methods: this is a quantitative, documentary, cross-sectional, census-based study, the universe of which is the individual notification / investigation form of the SINAN Notification System of 53 cities in Minas Gerais, in 2018. Results: it was observed that 162 aggressors were male; 86 adults and 40 adolescents; 131 aggressors were not under the influence of alcohol during the violence. Conclusion: the existence of a link between victim and aggressor was observed in 85.14%. It is hoped that the results of this study will make the subject more visible, being a public health issue.
