We present Marechal’s reading of Fichte’s critics of Kant. It points, with Fichte against Fichte, to beyond the limits of transcendental philosophy. The center of the discussion is around the active paper of subjectivity and beckons for a certain affirmation of the absolute Being, starting from the radicalization of the intrinsic dynamism to conscience, in a logical-transcendental direction.
