Nos últimos anos, percebe-se que há uma grande evolução tecnológica e novas mudanças no mundo que vem acontecendo de maneira rápida no setor profissional. Assim se torna necessário uma procura dos indivÃduos de se proteger para não perder espaço neste novo mundo, nesta nova evolução. Com a finalidade de se adaptar aos novos processos de trabalho e melhor qualidade de vida, o trabalhador precisará procurar se qualificar e ampliar seus anos de escolaridade. Este artigo tem como objetivo verificar quais as variáveis que implica na renda do trabalhador do Estado de Mato Grosso em 2011. Para fazer está análise utilizou os dados do IBGE – PNAD 2011 e com auxÃlio do SPSS 20, pode-se verificar as variáveis que melhor explicam os rendimentos dos indivÃduos no Estado. Com os dados, percebe-se que quanto mais anos de estudo uma pessoa tem, melhor será seu rendimento, contudo quanto maior anos de experiências profissional, menor é o rendimento.
In recent years, realizes that there is a great new technological developments and changes in the world that has been going so fast in the professional sector. Thus it becomes necessary demand of individuals to protect not to lose space in this new world, this new evolution. In order to adapt to new work processes and better quality of life, the worker will need to seek to qualify and extend their years of schooling. This article aims to determine which variables implies the worker's income in the State of Mato Grosso in 2011. Is used to analyze the data from the IBGE - PNAD 2011, and with the aid of an econometric software, can check the variables that best explain the incomes of individuals in the state. With the data, we find that the more years of education a person has, the better their performance, however the higher years of professional, experience lower yields.
