O crescente desenvolvimento da sociedade fez com que a mulher também se fizesse presente nos movimentos sociais, associações, cooperativas entre outras instituições sociais. Muitas dessas mulheres procuram nessa participação um meio de serem vistas e ouvidas, lutando assim por seus direitos. Visando compreender melhor esse grupo, será traçado um breve perfil socioeconômico das mulheres vinculadas às cooperativas de economia solidária do estado do Paraná, juntamente com uma pequena abordagem sobre o cooperativismo. Para a construção do perfil será utilizado um banco de dados com informações de 384 mulheres, que participaram do Congresso de 10 anos da União Nacional da Agricultura Familiar e Economia Solidária – UNICAFES realizado em 2015. A pesquisa procura analisar e compreender alguns aspectos do perfil das mulheres vinculadas às cooperativas da agricultura familiar e economia solidária, podendo assim, melhorar a forma de trabalho com esse grupo.
The growing development of society has made women also present in social movements, associations, cooperatives among other social institutions. Many of these women seek this participation as a means of being seen and heard, fighting for their rights. In order to better understand this group, a brief socioeconomic profile of the women linked to the solidarity economy cooperatives of the state of Paraná will be drawn up, together with a small approach on cooperativism. For the construction of the profile will be used a database with information of 384 women, who participated in the 10-year Congress of the National Union of Family Agriculture and Solidarity Economy - UNICAFES conducted in 2015. The research seeks to analyze and understand some aspects of the profile of Cooperatives of the family agriculture and solidary economy, being able to improve the way of working with this group.
