Pluralismo é um termo usado para se referir ao fenômeno cultural em que se fragmenta o universo simbólico unitário do passado, provocando uma concorrência entre diversos universos de valores, por meio de suas instituições. No âmbito religioso, são oferecidas diversas possibilidades de acesso ao sagrado por meio de diferentes experiências religiosas. Esse é um fenômeno tão novo quanto antigo. Jesus também conheceu, guardadas as devidas proporções, no seu contexto histórico. O Judaísmo, subdividido em diversas facções, sofria a influência da invasão cultural grega, promovida pelo Império Romano. Mas a que grupo, a que corrente ideológica dentro do Judaísmo Jesus manteve pertença religiosa? Neste artigo, vamos tecer alguns comentários sobre o contexto histórico da Palestina do século I para, em seguida, enfrentar a questão sobre a pertença religiosa de Jesus e do movimento que liderou, dentro do pluralismo religioso de sua época.

Pluralism is a term used to mention the cultural phenomenon where the unitary symbolic universe of the past is broken up, provoking a competition between diverse universes of values, by its institutions. In the religious scope, diverses possibilities of access to the sacred one by means of different religious experiences are offered. This phenomenon is new and old at the same time. Jesus also knew, kept the ratios, in its historical context. The Judaism subdivided in diverse factions, suffered to the influence from the cultural invasion Greek, promoted for the Roman Empire. But, which group, which ideological current, inside the Judaism, Jesus kept with his religious? In this article, we are going to make some commentaries on the historical context of the Palestine of century I, for, after that, face the question about the Jesus religious and the movement that he led, in the religious pluralism of his time.
