O presente artigo nasce da reunião de apontamentos norteadores a inquietações que pautam a constituição de projeto de pesquisa relacionado ao racismo e as ações afirmativas, tomando o Acre como recorte espacial e a última década marco temporal. Estudam-se os impactos das ações afirmativas no campus sede da Universidade Federal do Acre como combate ao racismo a partir do estado da arte das produções científicas dos alunos cotistas, com fins de analisar as políticas públicas em espaços universitários, empregando como aporte Almeida (2019); Santos (2018); Bolsanello (1996); Serafim e Azeredo (2011); Dias Monteiro (2011). A metodologia de escrita deste trabalho inicia com a contextualização das escravidões negras e indígenas no Brasil, seguindo-se o diálogo sobre o racismo à brasileira e legislação antirracista, depois se apresenta o estudo da aplicabilidade das ações afirmativas na Universidade Federal do Acre por meio da produção científica dos cotistas, adentra-se as possibilidade de ampliação do campo investigativo, encerrando o texto com a ponderações sobre a temática.

This article is born from the meeting of guiding notes to concerns that guide the constitution of a research project related to racism and affirmative actions, taking Acre as a spatial cut and the last decade a time frame. The impacts of affirmative actions on the campus of the Federal University of Acre are studied as combating racism from the state of the art of scientific productions of quota students, in order to analyze public policies in university spaces, employing Almeida(2019) as a contribution; Santos (2018); Bolsanello (1996); Serafim and Azeredo (2011); Dias Monteiro (2011). The writing methodology of this work begins with the contextualization of black and indigenous slavery in Brazil, followed by the dialogue on racism to the Brazilian and anti-racist legislation, then presents the study of the applicability of affirmative actions at the Federal University of Acre through the scientific production of the quota holders, and the possibility of expanding the investigative field is included, ending the text with the weighting on the theme.
