Neste estudo propõe-se o entendimento da evolução do campo da Administração PolÃtica como área do conhecimento sob um ponto de vista epistemológico, à luz do conceito de paradigma de Thomas Kuhn e da Teoria CrÃtica da Escola de Frankfurt. Por meio de um ensaio teórico discute-se a proposta de estudo da dimensão societal da Administração na busca do estabelecimento de um objeto próprio de estudo, a gestão, por meio da idealização de um campo que reconstrói o caráter social das ciências administrativas, a partir do cenário das dinâmicas de construção do conhecimento. Apresenta os fatores que integram o processo e traça paralelos com as abordagens da revolução cientÃfica e o delineamento de uma teoria crÃtica por meio da Administração PolÃtica. Conclui-se que a Administração PolÃtica encontra-se em estágio pré-paradigmático e que evolui por meio das discussões de congregações de pesquisadores que propõem a compreensão das dimensões societais durante as reflexões sobre as Teorias da Administração.
This study discusses the evolution of the field of Political Administration as an area of knowledge based on an epistemological point of view, in the light of the concept of Paradigm proposed by Thomas Kuhn and the Critical Theory of the Frankfurt School. This theoretical paper discusses the proposal to incorporate the societal dimension in Administration research in order to seek the establishment of the management as an object itself. It would be accomplished through the idealization of a field of study that reconstructs the social character of the administrative sciences considering the dynamics of knowledge construction. Introduces the factors that comprise the process and draws parallels with the approaches of the scientific revolution and the delineation of a critical theory through the Political Administration. This paper concludes that the Political Administration is in the pre-paradigmatic stage and is evolving through discussions among researchers who propose the understanding of the societal dimensions during the debates on the Theories of Administration.
