OS ATOS DE FALA E AS PRÁTICAS PARA CONSTRUÇÃO DA LIDERANÇA MILITAR

O presente artigo tem por objetivo realizar uma brevíssima análise de práticas de liderança militar a partir de conceitos da Teoria dos Atos de Fala. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo e interpretativista em que são apresentadas lições de Austin (1962) e Searle (1969), bem como as articulações entre linguagem e liderança de Flores (1989) e Echeverria (1997, 2000). Por fim, são lidas as orientações práticas para a construção da liderança militar que se encontram no Manual de Campanha C 20-10 do Exército Brasileiro à luz dos construtos resenhados. A análise em tela corrobora a importância da interação face a face entre líderes e liderados para o estabelecimento de uma comunicação eficiente e empática, resultando em uma relação de confiança no comandante e de estímulo à iniciativa dos comandados.

The purpose of this article was to carry out a brief analysis on military leadership practices based on concepts from the Speech Act Theory. It was a qualitative and interpretative study in which lessons from Austin (1962) and Searle (1969) were presented, as well as the articulations between language and leadership from Flores (1989) and Echeverria (1997, 2000). Finally, the practical orientations for building military leadership were found in the Brazilian Army Manual of Military Leadership in the light of the related compositions. The present analysis corroborates the importance of face-to-face interaction between leaders and subordinates for the establishment of efficient and empathic communication, resulting in a relationship based on trusting the commander and encouraging the initiative of the commanded.
