A inserção da ordem econômica no texto constitucional percorreu os caminhos da evolução histórica da própria sociedade. Se antes, no Estado liberal, fazia-se necessária a presença de um Estado mínimo para assegurar os direitos e garantias individuais, no Estado contemporâneo observa- se a necessidade de um Estado regulador da ordem econômica para assegurar o bem comum e garantir a justiça social.
Resumo Inglês:
The integration of the economic Order in the Constitutional text scroll through the paths of the historical development of society it self. If before, in the liberal State, it was required the presence of a minimum State to ensure the rights and individual guarantees, in current State it is required a regulator State of the economic order to ensure the common good and social justice.
