Este artigo refere-se às implicações do trabalho voluntário no Programa Mais Educação (PME) na organização escolar em duas escolas da rede pública estadual de MT. Tem por objetivo problematizar a atuação dos monitores/voluntários do referido Programa. Dentre os referenciais teóricos que subsidiaram o estudo, encontram-se autores que discutem a crise estrutural do capital (MÈSZAROS, 2002), (HARVEY, 2008), o papel do Estado, reformas neoliberais e de terceira via (GIDDENS, 2001), (PERONI, 2003; 2007), o neodesenvolvimentismo (BRANCO, 2009), terceiro setor e voluntariado em educação (MONTÃNO, 2010), (SOUZA, 2013), (COSTA, 2014). É uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, com análise documental e bibliográfica, com coleta de dados por meio de questionário e entrevistas semiestruturadas aplicadas a sujeitos envolvidos com a implementação do PME. O estudo buscou compreender o perfil desses trabalhadores voluntários, bem como as condições e relações de trabalho estabelecidas na materialização do Programa

This article and addresses the implications of voluntary work in the More Education Program (PME) on the school organization in two schools of the State public network of MT. It aims to problematize the performance of monitors and volunteers participating in the Program. Among the theoretical references that supported the study are authors who discuss the structural crisis of capital (MÈSZAROS, 2002), (HARVEY, 2008), the role of the State, neo-liberal and third-way reforms (GIDDENS, 2001), (PERONI, 2003; 2007), neo-developmentalism (BRANCO, 2009), third sector and volunteering in education (MONTÃNO, 2010), (SOUZA, 2013), (COSTA, 2014). It is a qualitative research, with documental and bibliographic analysis, with data collection through questionnaire and semi-structured interviews applied to subjects involved with the implementation of the PME. The study sought to understand the profile of these volunteer workers, as well as the conditions and working relationships established in the materialization of the Program.
