O objetivo deste trabalho é estabelecer uma relação entre o sagrado e identidade negra, tendo como objeto de análise o poema ORAÇÃO da Cabra Preta, de Bruno de Menezes, poeta paraense do perÃodo modernista, baseando-se nos estudos de Georges Bataille e Renato Ortiz. Buscamos observar o mÃtico no poema, como um fenômeno de hibridismo, a partir da presença da oração de São Cipriano, que está no corpo do poema e que dá tÃtulo ao mesmo. Verificamos que o discurso presente no texto mostra a identidade como diferença cultural, ou seja, com uma suplementaridade questionadora e rearticuladora do discurso pedagógico sobre a identidade nacional na esfera do sagrado.

The objective of this study is to establish a relationship between the sacred and the black identity, through the analysis of "Oração da Cabra Preta", poem by Bruno de Menezes - poet from Pará of the modernist period - based on studies of Georges Bataille and Renato Ortiz. We seek to observe the mythical in the poem, as a phenomenon of cultural hybridism, from the presence of the prayer of St. Cyprian, which is inserted in the body of the poem and that gives title to it. We verified that the speech present in the text shows the identity as a cultural difference, that is, a supplementarity that questions and rearticulates the pedagogic speech on national identity in the sacred sphere.
