No presente artigo, investigamos os discursos e as representações acerca do feminino e das relações entre homens e mulheres constantes nos principais manuais de direito penal que circulavam nas décadas de 60 e 70, que constituem o corpus documental deste estudo. O objetivo é analisar a contribuição dos penalistas na construção social da moral sexual feminina e dos papéis sexuais, partindo da premissa de que o jurista e, especificamente, o penalista, exerce importante parcela do poder simbólico de construção social da realidade.
In this article we investigate the discourses and representations about the feminine and the relations between men and women in the main manuals of criminal law that circulated in the sixties and seventies, which constitute the documentary corpus of this study. The objective is to analyze the contribution of penalists in the social construction of female sexual morality and sexual roles.
