MAPEAMENTO DA CADEIA LOGÍSTICA DE UM HOSPITAL: PRODUÇÃO E DESTINO DOS RESÍDUOS DE SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE

As práticas gerenciais visando a acumulação de riquezas imperam sobre as ideias do coletivo e da preocupação com a perpetuação da espécie humana. Esta pesquisa parte do interesse voltado às ações de conservação e manutenção do ambiente dos seres vivos, onde tal ponto de vista centra-se enquanto objetivo nas relações de produção e destino dos Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde – RSS no hospital e seus impactos no meio ambiente. De início, a hipótese remete a um descompromisso da instituição com o processo final de disposição no meio ambiente. Daí vem o questionamento se os princípios da responsabilidade sócio-ambiental e legal estendem- se por toda a cadeia logística dos RSS e disposição final. Metodologicamente, esta é uma pesquisa de campo com dados, observações e informações coletadas no ambiente de estudo, somando-se à aplicação de entrevistas e conversas diretas com profissionais responsáveis pelo manejo dos resíduos, bem como a realização de um aprofundamento da legislação pertinente e de referências bibliográficas que venham a nortear todo o trabalho. As observações mostraram uma preocupação com o controle da contaminação hospitalar. Os resultados indicaram que as ações orientadas e regidas pelos princípios éticos praticadas pelo hospital, aliados à legislação e à preocupação com os impactos ambientais são resultantes de iniciativas particulares e coletivas em prol da sociedade e do ambiente. Valendo-se ressaltar como questão conclusiva o fim prematuro da responsabilidade hospitalar com o recolhimento externo dos resíduos pelo órgão governamental competente.

The management practices aimed at accumulating wealth prevails over the collective ideas and concern about the perpetuation of humankind. This research is focused on actions in the interest of conservation and maintenance of the living environment, where such a view as objective focuses on the relations of production and fate of residues of Health Services - RSS in the hospital and its impacts on the environment .Initially, the hypothesis leads to a withdrawal of the institution with the process of final disposal in the environment. Hence the question whether the principles of social and environmental responsibility and legal stretch across the entire logistics chain of the RSS and final disposition. Methodologically, this is a field research data, observations and information collected in the study environment, adding to the application of interviews and direct conversations with professionals responsible for waste management, as well as the realization of a deepening of relevant legislation andreferences that will guide all the work. The comments showed a concern with the hospital infection control. The results indicated that the actions driven and governed by ethical principles applied by the hospital, coupled with legislation and concerns over the environmental impacts are the result of individual and collective initiatives on behalf of society and the environment. Relying emphasize as concluding question of responsibility for the premature end to the gathering outside hospital waste by the appropriate government agency.
