Resumo Português:

A Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos estabeleceu como instrumento de
desenvolvimento econômico e social a implantação de sistemas de logística reversa,
imputando a responsabilidade pós-consumo aos fabricantes, importadores,
distribuidores, comerciantes e consumidores. Tendo em vista essa obrigatoriedade e os
benefícios econômicos, ambientais e sociais desse sistema, verifica-se a necessidade de
maiores estudos sobre o tema, a fim de garantir eficácia na sua aplicação. Neste
contexto o presente trabalho pretende contribuir analisando o sistema de logística
reversa de lâmpadas fluorescentes no Brasil e avaliando as fragilidades e
potencialidades deste sistema.

Resumo Inglês:

The National Policy on Solid Waste established as an instrument of economic and
social development to deployment of Reverse Logistics, attributing the responsibility
for post-consumer manufacturers, importers, distributors, traders and consumers. Given
this requirement and the economic, environmental and social aspects benefits of this
system, there is a necessity for more reviews about the subject, to ensure effectiveness
in your implementation. In this context, the present work intends to contribute analyzing
reverse logistics system of fluorescent lamps in Brazil and assess the weaknesses and
strengths of this system.
