Este trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa bibliográfica tendo como referências obras, legislações e jurisprudências
que abordem a cidadania brasileira a partir do direito a Liberdade de Expressão, especificadamente pelo
meio da internet. É um tema de grande relevância, já que diariamente os internautas postam o que bem
entendem, entendendo que estão acobertados pelo direito a Livre expressão. Apesar de não haver legislação
que condicione o pensamento dos internautas, direitos fundamentais dos outros podem estar sendo violados.
This work is the result of a bibliographic research having as reference works, legislations and jurisprudences addressing
the Brazilian citizenship from the right to Freedom of Expression, specifically through the internet. It is a highly relevant
topic, since the daily internet users post as they please, understanding that are covered up by the right to free expression.
Although there is no legislation that regulates the Internet users thoughts, fundamental rights of others may be being violated.
