O objetivo desse trabalho consiste em analisar e fazer algumas considerações sobre o ensino de leitura e literatura na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), tendo em vista as dificuldades de aprendizagem relacionadas à leitura, escrita e formação de leitores de textos literários. Pensar na atuação do professor de Língua Portuguesa e a necessidade dos alunos na modalidade da EJA em corresponder às exigências do mercado de trabalho e o forte impulso de um mundo cada vez mais cercado por leituras. Alguns de nossos embasamentos teóricos são: Antonie Compagnon, Domício Proença Filho, Irandé Antunes e Roland Barthes.
Resumo Inglês:
The objective of this work is to analyze and make some considerations about the teaching of reading and literature in the Education of Young and Adults (EJA), in view of the learning difficulties related to reading, writing and literary literacy. Think about the role of the Portuguese Language teacher and the need of the students in the EJA modality to respond to the demands of the labor market and the strong impulse of a world increasingly surrounded by readings. Some of our theoretical underpinnings are: Antonie Compagnon, Domício Proença Filho, Irandé Antunes and Roland Barthes.
