A nomeação de cidades evidencia os efeitos da sociedade sobre o linguístico e a maneira pela qual a vida social nele se apresenta, sobretudo em seu léxico toponímico, refletindo e refratando a realidade e a forma como seus membros organizam o mundo a sua volta. Assim sendo, buscamos investigar neste texto a toponímia municipal alagoana, em sua formação línguo-cultural, a partir dos nomes dos municípios que compõem a microrregião de Santana do Ipanema, localizada em Alagoas, à luz da teoria de classificação taxionômica de Dick (2007, 1995, 1990, 1987). Após as análises, constatamos que estes topônimos municipais materializam em seus significados, tanto aspectos de ordem geofísica como de ordem antropocultural da localidade nomeada, por meio de intersecções línguo-culturais,

The appointment of cities demonstrates the effects of society on the language and the way in which the social life it presents itself, especially in its toponymic lexicon, reflecting and refracting reality and how its members organize the world around you. Therefore, we seek to investigate this text Alagoas local place names in their lingual -cultural training, from the names of the districts within the micro-region of Santana do Ipanema, located in Alagoas, in the light of taxonomic classification theory Dick (2007, 1995, 1990, 1987). After analysis, we found that these local place names materialize in their meanings, both aspects of geophysics order as antropocultural order of the named locality, through lingual - cultural intersections.
