A invenção da educação subversiva: comunismo de jornal, o governo dos USA e a ditadura civil-militar brasileira

Este artigo consiste em compreender, a partir de fontes sigilosas que foram recentemente desveladas, os meios pelos quais, nos primeiros anos do golpe, a ditadura civil-militar, sob forte ingerência dos EUA, tornou os aparelhos repressivos e ideológicos do Estado seus elementos constitutivos e atuou premeditada e decisivamente no realinhamento ideológico da educação – como epicentro de um modus operandi indissolúvel ao projeto das classes dominantes endógenas e exógenas. Ações coordenadas de criminalização que submeteram um dos principais pilares de desenvolvimento do país à métrica de um mercado educacional – privado – em expansão e promoveram o aprofundamento dessa ideologia no sistema educacional brasileiro. Nesse sentido, buscamos interpelar criticamente as estruturas de representação, por meio das ações do Estado e seus coadjuvantes, tendo como lócus o sistema informativo – e seus enunciados, com envergadura internacional e nacional –, o jurídico, observando algumas mudanças normativas, e o educacional, na condição de espaço vital de manutenção da ideologia das classes dominantes. Amálgama analisada por meio de fontes ulteriores – memorandos e telegramas secretos – e das condições objetivas de subordinação do Brasil aos EUA. Análise que, portanto, tenciona entender os influxos capazes de interferir na estrutura da educação brasileira ainda hoje.

This article consists in understanding, from classified sources that were recently unveiled, the means by which, in the early years of the coup, the civil-military dictatorship, under strong interference of the USA, made the repressive and ideological apparatus of the State its constitutive elements and acted premeditatedly and decisively in the ideological realignment of education –as the epicenter of a indissoluble modus operandi to the design of the endogenous and exogenous ruling classes. Coordinated actions of criminalization of education that subjected one of the main pillars of development of the country to the metric of an educational market –private –in expansion and also promoted the deepening of this ideology in the Brazilian educational system. In this sense, we seek to critically challenge the structures of representation, through the actions of the State and its supporting institutions, having as locus the information system –and its statements, with international and national scope –, the legal system, observing some normative changes, and the educational system, as a vital space for maintaining the ideology of the dominant classes.Amalgam analyzed through later sources –memorands and telegrams –and the objective conditions of subordination of Brazil to the USA. Analysis that, therefore, intends to understand the inflows capable of interfering in the structure of Brazilian education even today.
