O presente artigo aborda a problemática atual, acerca da inserção social do trabalho dos remanescentes quilombolas da Comunidade Boa Sorte do município de Verdelândia-MG, propondo problematizar essa questão. Diante da realidade social da referida comunidade, busca-se por meio dessa pesquisa, analisar o processo de inserção social do trabalho dos jovens remanescentes quilombolas, identificando seu perfil socioeconômico, suas condições de trabalho e as causas que os levam a terem dificuldade na inserção ao trabalho. Ademais, considerando que a educação escolar influi sobremaneira para a melhoria das condições de vida da população, esse estudo objetiva verificar a percepção dos jovens com relação à educação ofertada para a comunidade. Essa pesquisa justifica-se por ampliar o debate acerca dessa problemática social, buscando conhecer o contexto social da comunidade e entender as causas da migração temporária, da maioria dos jovens da comunidade para os grandes centros urbanos, com vistas a acrescentar dados e informações a própria comunidade, professores e pesquisadores interessados nessa temática. O estudo caracterizase como exploratório e descritivo de revisão sistemática e pesquisa de campo, desenvolvida no município de Verdelândia/MG. Utilizou-se a observação simples e sete (07) entrevistas semiestruturadas, com os remanescentes quilombolas, da comunidade de Boa Sorte. O estudo em questão poderá propiciar uma reflexão à sociedade acerca dos obstáculos dos jovens da comunidade a inserção social do trabalho destes, e as dificuldades enfrentadas por eles ao acesso a educação e a geração de renda.

This article discusses the current issues concerning the social integration of the work of quilombo remnants of Boa Sorte Community in the county of Verdelândia-MG, proposing solve this issue. Faced with the social reality of that community, this research seeks to analyze the process of social integration of the work of quilombo remnants young people, identifying their socio-economic profile, their working conditions and the causes that lead them to have difficulty in the insertion to work. Furthermore, considering that schooling greatly influences to the improvement of people's living conditions, this study aims to to verify the perception of youth in relation to the education offered to the community. This research is justified to broaden the debate about that social problems, seeking to know the community's social context and understand the causes of temporary migration of most of the local youth to large urban centers, in order to add data and information to the community itself, teachers and researchers interested in this topic. The study is characterized as exploratory and descriptive systematic review and field research conducted in the county of Verdelândia-MG. Simple observation and seven (07) semi-structured interviews with quilombo remnants of Boa Sorte Community were used. The study in question can provide a reflection of society about the obstacles of young people in community to social inclusion of their work, and the difficulties faced by them to access education and income generation.
