Resumo Português:

Há tempos, observa-se que ainda existe muita recusa sobre a inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho na área da tecnologia, mesmo com mulheres marcantes na história mostrando superação a essa dificuldade. Este estudo foi desenvolvido através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, cujo objetivo é analisar e identificar as dificuldades da busca da igualdade e reconhecimento de mulheres que são discriminadas na respectiva área. Muito se discute sobre o assunto, porém, há a necessidade de realizar ações para que essas mulheres sejam incluídas na área de tecnologia. Estudos já realizados revelam que mulheres ganham salários mais baixos que os homens, embora estejam igualmente qualificadas. Em virtude dos fatos mencionados, foi possível concluir que as mulheres, cada vez mais, estão ganhando espaço e equiparando os direitos, mas ainda assim são muitas vezes prejudicadas.

It has long been observed that there is still a

lot of refusal about the insertion of women in the

job market in the area of

technology, even with remarkable women in history showing

overcoming this difficulty. This study was developed through a bibliographic search, whose

objective is to analyze and

identify the difficulties in the search for equality and recognition of

women who are discriminated in the respective area. Much is discussed on the subject,

however, there is a need to take actions so that these women are included in the technology

area.

Studies already carried out reveal that women earn lower wages than men, although they

are equally qualified. Due to the aforementioned facts, it was possible to conclude that women

are increasingly gaining space, and equalizing rights, but still they are

often harmed.
