Neste texto abordamos as investidas de movimentos político-criminais conservadores e religiosos contra o direito ao aborto legal em casos de gravidez resultante de estupro, durante o período da ditadura civil-militar. Na sequência, demonstramos que os argumentos continuam vigentes e podem ser encontrados em projetos de lei da atualidade.
In this paper we approach the attacks of conservative and religious criminal policy movements against the right to legal abortion in cases of pregnancy resulting from rape, during the period of the civil military. Next, we demonstrate that the arguments remains in force and can be found in current bills.
