O presente trabalho tem por objetivo principal analisar as formas de exploração e intervenção em Terras Indígenas, assim como a violência acometida contra esses povos e a motivação dos indivíduos responsáveis por essas ações, no decorrer da história do Brasil. Através da análise dos dados fornecidos pelos relatórios da Comissão Nacional da Verdade da Ditadura Militar, Programa de Monitoramento de áreas protegidas do Instituto Socioambiental e de órgãos oficiais como o Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística - IBGE e a Fundação Nacional do Índio - FUNAI, investigou-se as formas de intervenção que permanecessem sendo praticadas nas terras indígenas e as consequências que essas ações vem causando para esses povos. Por fim analisou-se o contínuo processo de práticas anti-indigenistas que acarretam no genocídio de povos indígenas no Brasil, trabalhando o conceito de Condenados da Floresta, de João José Veras de Souza e o processo de invisibilidade sofrido pelas populações indígenas.

The main objective of this work is to analyze the forms of exploitation and intervention in Indigenous Lands, as well as the violence against these peoples and the motivation of the individuals responsible for these actions, throughout the history of Brazil. Through the analysis of data provided by the reports of the National Truth Commission of the Military Dictatorship, Monitoring Program for Protected Areas of the Socio-Environmental Institute and official bodies such as the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics -IBGE and the National Foundation of the Indian -FUNAI, investigated -the forms of intervention that continue to be practiced in indigenous lands and the consequences that these actions have been causing for these peoples. Finally, the ongoing process of anti-indigenous practices that lead to the genocide of indigenous peoples in Brazil was analyzed, working on the concept of Condemneds of the Forest, by João José Veras de Souza and the invisibility process suffered by indigenous populations.
