ESTUDANDO A LITERATURA ENCONTRADA SOBRE O COMPORTAMENTO SOCIALMENTE HABILIDOSO DESEJADO PARA PROFESSORES

O professor é um elo entre ser alguém que favorece interações interpessoais e ser aquele que lida com situações sociais diferentes, nas quais articula pensamentos e sentimentos de uma forma a conseguir ensinar. A presente pesquisa objetivou investigar qual comportamento habilidoso desejado para um docente ter uma interação professor e aluno saudável. A metodologia pautou-se em breve revisão, na base de dados Scielo Brasil, com os descritores “interação professor-aluno” e “habilidades sociais” and “professor” ou “docente”. A partir dos artigos encontrados foi possível realizar uma análise temática dividindo os resultados em categorias para a discussão, os eixos foram: Habilidades Sociais Gerais Requeridas; Habilidades Sociais: Comportamento e Comunicação; Gestão de Conflitos; Manejo do Professor no EnsinoAprendizagem; A Escola e a Inclusão Escolar, Problemas e Espelho ProfessorAluno. Os resultados destacaram que o comportamento habilidoso de cunho afetivo e de proximidade da relação professor-aluno é algo desejado para a profissão de professor. Além das habilidades sociais como empatia, fazer amizades, assertividade e resolução de problemas. Entretanto, estes fatores não são trabalhados no ensino do lecionar pelas universidades brasileiras. Esperase que tal estudo possa ajudar a fomentar discussões a respeito de uma educação de qualidade para crianças, jovens e adultos.

The teacher is a link between being someone who favors interpersonal interactions and being one who deals with different social situations in which he articulates thoughts and feelings in a way that he can teach. The present research aimed to investigate what skillful behavior desired for a teacher to have a healthy teacher and student interaction. The methodology was based on a short review in the Scielo Brasil database, with the descriptors "teacher-student interaction" and "social skills" and "teacher" or "teacher". From the articles found it was possible to perform a thematic analysis dividing the results into categories for the discussion, the axes were: General Social Skills Required; Social Skills: Behavior and Communication; Conflict management; Teacher Management in TeachingLearning; The School and School Inclusion, Problems and Teacher-Student Mirror. The results pointed out that the skillful behavior of affective and proximity aspects of the teacher-student relationship is something desired for the teaching profession. Beyond social skills like empathy, making friendships, assertiveness and problem solving. However, these factors are not addressed in the teaching of Brazilian universities. It is hoped that such a study can help foster discussions about quality education for children, youth and adults.
