Este trabalho pesquisou o estresse pelo qual, passam os vendedores lojistas do setor de móveis do norte de minas. Sendo causador de adoecimento psíquico e que interfere na vida do indivíduo. A pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar o nível de estresse em vendedores lojistas em empresas do setor de móveis do Norte de Minas investigamos os fatores físicos e psicológicos que desencadeiam o estresse durante sua jornada de trabalho. A palavra estresse deriva do latim, descreve a aflição, opressão, sofrimento e adversidade. Com o avanço tecnológico as organizações passam por um momento de crescimento e transformações, exigindo muito dos seus colaboradores aumentando seus desgastes físicos e mentais. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de delineamento de campo e o estudo foi feito através de contato direto com a amostra. O instrumento utilizado foi o Inventário de Sintomas de Stress para Adultos de Lipp – ISSL. Pelos resultados obtidos não houve nenhum indivíduo em estado de alerta de estresse, 11 entrevistados, que corresponde a 50% apresentaram sintomas de estresse no nível de resistência e apenas 1 (4,5%) apresentou nível de exaustão. Os possíveis resultados demonstram a relevância de investigação sobre os presentes sintomas na vida desses sujeitos para que não passe para o último nível que é o de exaustão que é considerada a fase negativa do stress assim as pessoas não conseguem manter sua rotina de trabalho e muitas vezes tomando decisões precipitadas que podem chegar a doenças graves.

This study investigated the stress at which the sellers are tenants of the furniture sector in northern mines. Being causing mental illness and that interferes with the individual's life. The research aimed to analyze the level of stress in sellers tenants in companies in the North of Minas mobile investigated the physical and psychological factors that trigger stress during your workday. The word derives from the Latin stress, describes the affliction, oppression, suffering and adversity. With technological advancement organizations go through a time of growth and change, requiring a lot of their employees by increasing their physical and mental exhaustion. The survey was conducted through design and field study was done through direct contact with the sample. The instrument used was the Inventory of Stress Symptoms by Lipp - ISSL. From the results, there was no individual alertness of stress, 11 respondents; representing 50% showed symptoms of stress resistance level and only 1 (4,5%) showed a level of exhaustion. The possible results demonstrate the relevance of research on the symptoms present in the lives of these individuals who do not go to the last level which is the exhaust that is considered the negative stress so people can’t keep their routine work and often taking hasty decisions that can get serious diseases.
