O presente artigo é fruto da pesquisa que discorre sobre a importância da formação docente no estágio supervisionado, ou seja, apresenta os desafios encontrados por acadêmicos no decorrer do estágio. Tais desafios foram investigados no curso de licenciatura em Computação, ofertado no Campus Porto Nacional, do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Tocantins. Foi definido para o desenvolvimento do referencial o objetivo de investigar os desafios enfrentados pelos acadêmicos no estágio, para melhor compreender a visão deles sobre essa temática. A pesquisa, portanto, é de cunho qualitativo, mediante aplicação de questionário, com perguntas semiestruturadas. O público-alvo definido foram acadêmicos matriculados na disciplina de estágio supervisionado, etapa obrigatória do curso. Os resultados foram obtidos a partir dos gráficos, os quais foram analisados criticamente, tendo indicado que existem dificuldades que afetam o rendimento das atividades desenvolvidas no estágio. Indica ainda que o estágio supervisionado deve ser valorizado, pois é uma das etapas de maior importância para a formação docente, que requer atenção das instituições de ensino e, consequentemente, dos docentes que ministram a disciplina. Portanto, esta pesquisa é de grande relevância e ainda carece de mais estudos para a compreensão da temática, porque permitiu conhecer melhor a realidade dos estagiários nas escolas e permitiu aperfeiçoar competências de investigação, seleção, organização e comunicação da informação do processo de formação docente.

This article is the result of the research that deals with the importance of teacher training in the supervised stage, that is, presents the challenges encountered by academics during the internship. These challenges were investigated in the Licentiate Course in Computing, offered at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Tocantins - Campus Porto Nacional. It was defined for the development of the framework the objective of investigating the challenges faced by the academics in the stage, to better understand the scholars' view on this subject. The research, therefore, is qualitative, through the application of a questionnaire, with semi-structured questions. The defined target audience were, academics enrolled in the supervised internship course, mandatory course of the course. The results were obtained from the charts and analyzed critically, indicating that there are difficulties that affect the performance of the activities developed in the stage. It also indicates that we should value the supervised internship, since it is one of the most important stages for teacher education, and requires the attention of the teaching institutions and, consequently, the teachers who teach the discipline. Therefore, this research is of great relevance and still needs more studies, to understand the subject, because it allowed to know better the reality of the trainees in the schools and allowed to improve the competences of research, selection, organization and communication of the information of the teacher training process.
