ESTÁGIO NÃO FORMAL: VIVENCIANDO EXPERIÊNCIAS COM A EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL.

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo descrever alguns pontos relevantes, observados com a realização do estágio de educação não-formal, este, desenvolvido em uma escola de educação especial mantida pela APAE em uma cidade da região noroeste do estado do Rio Grande do Sul. O estágio realizou-se com a turma da EJA etapa II, nas segundas-feiras e quartas-feiras, onde se ocupava o período diurno vespertino para a realização do mesmo. O tema norteador das atividades realizadas foi “Educação Alimentar e Ambiental”. Discutiu-se a possibilidade de levar algo que motivasse a participação dos estudantes e os levasse a construir o conhecimento através das atividades propostas, visando à autonomia dos mesmos. O estágio foi realizado nessa instituição por representar um desafio à formação docente e motivar na busca por um maior conhecimento sobre a educação especial e seus desafios, possibilitando melhor posicionamento frente a situações que possam vir a ocorrer no âmbito escolar, tanto nos próximos estágios quanto na atuação profissional. Compreendo que o trabalho desenvolvido na educação especial difere do que é desenvolvido nas escolas de ensino tradicional, e esse desafio me fez refletir constantemente sobre nossas metodologias de ensino, contribuindo significativamente para a minha formação docente.

The present work aims to describe some relevant points, observed with the accomplishment of the non-formal education stage, this one, developed in a special education school maintained by APAE in a city in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul state. The internship took place with the EJA stage II class, on Mondays and Wednesdays, where the afternoon daytime was occupied for the same. The guiding theme of the activities was “Food and Environmental Education”. It was discussed the possibility of taking something that would motivate students' participation and lead them to build knowledge throughthe proposed activities, aiming at their autonomy. The internship was held at this institution because it represents a challenge to teacher education and motivates the search for greater knowledge about special education and its challenges, enabling better positioning in situations that may occur at school, both in the next stages and in professional performance. I understand that the work done in special education differs from the work done in traditional schools, and this challenge made me constantly reflect on our teaching methodologies, contributing significantly to my teacher education.
