O presente trabalho visa analisar a eficácia da execução face à legislação atinente ao caso. São analisados o instituto da penhora e o regime de impenhorabilidades, bem como os princípios constitucionais e processuais atinentes à execução civil, como o princípio da celeridade, eficácia da execução e dignidade da pessoa humana. Especial atenção tem o tópico referente à penhora de remuneração e seu caráter alimentar. Neste momento, discutem-se os dispositivos legais correlatos e as discussões doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais, sobretudo no que tange à constitucionalidade.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of execution against legislation pertaining to the case. We analyze the institution of collateral pledge and Restraint of attachments regime and the constitutional principles and procedures relating to civil enforcement, as the principle of expediency, effectiveness of implementation and human dignity. Special attention has the topic on the attachment of pay and feed their character. At this point, we discuss the legal and related discussions doctrinal and jurisprudential, especially regarding the constitutionality.
