O E-Learning como importante ferramenta para buscar e transmitir conhecimento tem, através de suas plataformas e métodos, se expandido ao redor do mundo. O estudo das mais diversas abordagens, modalidades e plataformas é fundamental para compreender as dificuldades encontradas no ambiente e-learning. O presente trabalho através de pesquisa bibliográfica, visa reflexionar sobre possíveis melhorias e melhores maneiras de se adequar e transmitir o ensino virtual; questiona quais são os principais pontos, positivos e negativos, referente aos três tipos de ensinos: presenciais, virtuais e híbrido; Auxiliar na melhoria do ensino a distância de alunos do ensino superior, através de uma análise de eficácia de diversas plataformas e ferramentas. O trabalho realizado identifica que não temos necessariamente um método de ensino que é melhor que outro em termos gerais de qualidade, mas que quando utilizados de maneira conjunta e responsável, podemos tornar o ensino melhor para todos.
E-Learning, as an important tool for seeking and transmitting knowledge, has expanded around the world through its platforms and methods. Studying the most diverse approaches, modalities and platforms is essential to understanding the difficulties encountered in the e-learning environment. This work, through bibliographic research, aims to reflect on possible improvements and better ways to adapt and transmit virtual teaching; it questions what are the main points, positive and negative, regarding the three types of teaching: face-to-face, virtual and hybrid; Assist in improving distance learning for higher education students, through an analysis of the effectiveness of various platforms and tools. The work carried out identifies that we do not necessarily have a teaching method that is better than another in general terms of quality, but that when used jointly and responsibly, we can make teaching better for everyone.
