DIMENSÃO AFETIVA NO ENSINO DE CIÊNCIAS

O estudo apresentado refere-se a uma análise sistemática em artigos estrangeiros que abordam a temática da dimensão afetiva no campo da Educação em Ciências, com realce para sua importância e presença em situações de ensino. O objetivo do estudo está em visualizar o cenário dessas pesquisas produzidas nos últimos cinco anos, de modo e identificar as características dessa produção. Para tanto, desenvolve-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e do tipo “estado do conhecimento”, tomando-se como locus o banco de dados da Web of Science. Nessa busca e após estabelecidos os descritores de busca e critérios de seleção, obteve-se 27 artigos que foram analisados a partir da distribuição geográfica, periódico de publicação, nível de ensino e presença dos construtos relacionados a dimensão afetiva. Como resultado do estudo identifica-se que: o continente asiático apresenta o maior número de estudo; o International Journal of Science Education é o periódico com maior número de publicações; o Ensino Médio é que tem despertado maior interesse dos pesquisadores; e, os construtos atitude, autoestima e motivação são os mais presentes. Ao final são apresentados reflexão sobre os resultados encontrados.

The study presented refers to a systematic analysis of foreign articles that address the issue of the affective dimension in the field of Science Education, with emphasis on its importance and presence in teaching situations. The objective of the study is to visualize the scenario of these researches produced in the last five years, in order to identify the characteristics of this production. To this end, a qualitative approach was developed, of the “state of knowledge” type, using the Web of Science database as the locus. In this search and after establishing the search descriptors and selection criteria, there were 27 articles that were analyzed from the geographical distribution, periodic publication, level of education and presence of constructs related to the affective dimension. As a result of the study, it is identified that: Asian continent presents the highest number of study; The International Journal of Science Education is the periodical with the highest number of publications; high school is that it has awakened greater interest from the researchers; and, the constructs attitude, self-esteem and motivation are the most present. At the end, a reflection on the results found is presented.
