Desenvolvimento e implantação de um sistema de planejamento e controle da manutenção informatizado em uma instituição de ensino superior

Resumo Português:

Este artigo apresenta um plano de desenvolvimento e implantação de um
sistema de planejamento e controle da manutenção informatizado na Universidade
Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), com o intuito de mudar a
situação em que se encontra a manutenção na instituição e criar as condições
necessárias à gestão da manutenção. Inicia com o diagnóstico dos problemas
operacionais encontrados e parte para o desenvolvimento e implantação de
melhorias e ajustes de modo a criar as condições necessárias para a implantação
do sistema. Os principais resultados obtidos, até o momento, foram
definição e implantação da política de manutenção, melhoria na qualidade
de atendimento das solicitações de serviços, início do gerenciamento da
manutenção e uma mudança no comportamento dos trabalhadores.

Resumo Inglês:

The referred article presents a development plan and implantation of a system
of planning and control of the maintenance computerized, in the Federal
University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with the intention of changing
the situation in that is the maintenance in the institution and to create the
necessary conditions to maintenance management. It begins with the diagnosis
of the found operational problems and part for the development and
implantation of improvements and way adjustments to create the necessary
conditions for the implantation of the system. The main obtained results,
until the moment, they were the definition and implantation of the politics of
maintenance, it gets better in the quality of service of the requests of services,
the beginning of the management of the maintenance, a change in the workers’
behavior.
