O Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) desenvolve no estudante competências por meio de atividades que envolvem diferentes tipos de aprendizagem e habilidades a nível profissional, por meio da indissociabilidade entre ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Este artigo analisa as relações existentes entre as atividades desenvolvidas pelo PET-Administração da FCE/UNESP e os tipos de aprendizagem. Por meio de uma pesquisa-ação, identificaram-se as atividades e como estas se relacionam aos tipos de aprendizagem e auxiliam no desenvolvimento das competências. Amparados pela análise de correspondência, constatou-se que as atividades realizadas permitem ao PETiano aprimorar relações de aprendizado social e individual, e que em suas particularidades auxiliam no desenvolvimento das competências.

The Programa de Educação Tutorial (PET) develops skills in the student through activities that reach different types of learning and professional skills, through the connection between education, research and extension. This article analyzes the relations among the activities developed by PETAdministração from FCE / UNESP and the types of learning. Through a researchaction, the activities were identified on how they are related to the types of learning and help in the skills development. Supported by the correspondence analysis, it was found that the activities carried out allow the PET-Administração members´ to improve social and individual expertise and assisted in their particularities through the development of skills.
