Contistas mato-grossenses delimitam o espaço da literatura na publicação de suas narrativas em jornais. O teor dos textos bem como o trabalho de arranjo literário demonstra a dimensão humana captada na sociedade de Mato Grosso no inÃcio do século XX. Nosso artigo pretende pensar a literatura produzida naquela época como um painel da vida mato- -grossense daquele perÃodo e o quanto aquelas narrativas são singularizadas pelo conto, presente de forma cotidiana nos jornais A cruz e O Mato Grosso.
Resumo Inglês:
The mato-grossenses story-writers delimit the literature space on the publication of their narratives in newspapers. The content of texts as well as the work of setting literary demonstrate the human dimension abstracted in society of Mato Grosso at the beginning of the twentieth century. Our article intends thinking the literature produced at that time as a mato-grossense life panel of that period and how those narratives are remarcable by tale, present on a daily way in the newspapers A cruz and O Mato Grosso.
