Este artigo procurará retratar de formar sintética a elaboração teórica da cientista política americana Nancy Fraser a respeito de seu modelo tridimensional de análise (reconhecimento, redistribuição e paridade de participação) como forma de intervenção prática e teórica nos debates sobre o reconhecimento e na forma de atuação dos chamados novos movimentos sociais. É de importância chave para sua teoria tanto a elaboração da ideia de reconhecimento como status, quanto à inclusão da dimensão política sob a ideia da paridade de participação. Ambas, no entanto, foram sendo desenvolvidas ao longo da elaboração da teoria, dando a ela novo fôlego, mas também apresentando novos desafi os. Fazer um balanço sistemático desta formulação é necessário para tentar compreender melhor as proposições de Fraser a partir de sua complexidade mais recente. Ressaltaremos ainda algumas incursões, como a consideração do conceito de cidadania, para a continuidade do debate em torno desta importante contribuição.

This paper seeks to portray, in a synthetic form, the theoretical elaboration of American political scientist Nancy Fraser about her threedimensional model analysis (recognition, redistribution and parity of participation) as a form of theoretical and practical intervention in the debates of recognition and shape of action of so-called new social movements. It is of key importance for his theory the elaboration of the idea of recognition and status regarding the inclusion of the political dimension in the idea of parity of participation. Both, however, have been developed during the elaboration of the theory, giving it new life, but also presenting new challenges. To make a systematic balance of this formulation is necessary to try to understand the propositions of Fraser from his latest model. We also emphasize some inroads, as the consideration of the concept of citizenship, to continue the debate on this important contribution.
