Propõe-se uma investigação para, a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, examinar como o Direito Penal empresarial também se orienta pela seletividade ao vulnerável, característica marcante do Direito Penal tradicional. Para tanto, o artigo abordará a proposta da culpabilidade pela vulnerabilidade se projetar nos crimes no ambiente empresarial, de modo a imprimir maior eficácia na contenção do poder punitivo em face do vulnerável.
An investigation is proposed to, from bibliographic research, examine how the Corporate Criminal Law it is also guided by the selectivity for the vulnerable, a striking feature of traditional Criminal Law.
