Resumo Português:

O objetivo foi analisar as influências de fatores como justiça distributiva, conflito de papéis e confiança na gestão com o estresse tecnológico, ou tecnoestresse, à exaustão no trabalho. Por meio dos dados de 273 participantes e análise de equações estruturais, confirmou-se que o tecnoestresse é a maior influência à exaustão no trabalho comparado aos outros fatores. Os resultados também mostraram que o conflito de papéis tem efeito positivo ao cansaço dos trabalhadores e oposto à justiça distributiva. Finalmente, a confiança na gestão não foi confirmada como fator que influencia a exaustão dos profissionais no exercício das suas atividades laborais.

Resumo Inglês:

The objective of this study was to analyze managerial factors such as distributive justice, role conflict and trust in management, together with technostress, and their influence to the perceived exhaustion at work. Through the data from 273 subjects and structural equations modeling, technostress obtained the greatest positive effect on work exhaustion compared to the other factors. Moreover, the results also showed that role conflict has a positive effect on workers’ fatigue and contrary to distributive justice. Finally, trust in management was not confirmed as a significant factor that influences the professionals’ exhaustion.
