A pesquisa versa sobre análise da saudação no grupo linguístico tsonga, localizado no sul de Moçambique. Como ponto de partida levantou a seguinte questão: quais as características discursivas e culturais que a saudação tsonga apresenta? A pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar e indicar os significados discursivos da saudação tsonga e discutir a sua relação com cultura moçambicana. Para a pesquisa foram gravadas quatro falantes de xichangana, dois de xitswa e quatro de ronga, todos moradores de Maputo e com ensino fundamental. Depois da transcrição, seguiu-se a fase da análise do qual se concluiu que a saudação é diferente da conversa e ela segue normas estabelecidas pelo grupo étnico-linguístico. Na saudação há ausência do eu que sempre se converte em nós, pois há predomínio do coletivismo na cultura. Nota-se a presença de marcas discursivas com predomínio do tempo passado, pois relata-se fatos passados, na sua maioria.



Resumo Inglês:

The research deals with the analysis of greeting in Tsonga linguistic group, located in southern of Mozambique. As a starting point raised the following question: what are the discursive and cultural characteristics that Tsonga has the greeting? The research aims to analyze and display the discursive meanings of greeting Tsonga and discuss their relationship with Mozambican culture. For the research it was recorded four xichangana speakers, two xitswa speakers and four ronga speakers, all residents in Maputo and with elementary school. After transcription, followed by the stage of the analysis which concluded that the greeting is different from the conversation and she follows rules established by ethno-linguistic group. In the greeting there selflessness that always becomes us, because there is a predominance of collectivism culture. Note the presence of discursive with predominantly marks of past tense, as we report past events, mostly.
