Resumo Português:

O artigo apresenta o projeto de extensão Reabilitação Multidisciplinar em Amputados, vinculado ao Programa Reabilitar Integrar da UDESC. Este projeto tem como objetivo intensificar a prática dos conhecimentos fisioterapêuticos e multidisciplinares para aprimoramento das habilidades e competências de discentes e profissionais na área de Reabilitação de amputados, através da Fisioterapia ambulatorial, da Conversa no Leito hospitalar e da Visita Domiciliar. Possui relevância pela sua responsabilidade social ao preocupa-se em atender a política das Redes de Atenção e capacitar acadêmicos e profissionais para atuação qualificada e especializada na atenção à saúde da pessoa amputada.

The paper presents the design of Amputee Rehabilitation Multidisciplinary extent, linked to Rehabilitate Integrate UDESC Program. This project aims to enhance the practice of physical therapy and multidisciplinary expertise to improve the skills and competencies of students and professionals in the rehabilitation of amputees through outpatient physiotherapy, Conversation in Hospital Bed and Home Visit. Has relevance for their social responsibility to the worries to meet the policy of Care Networks and empower academic and professional activities for qualified and specialized in health care for the amputee.
