O artigo trata da metaética desenvolvida e adotada pelo pensamento de Karol
Wojtyla, com fundamento na obra de Santo Tomás de Aquino. Também critica,
com base no mesmo pensamento, outras propostas éticas, como as de Scheler e
Kant, dentre outros. Demonstra ainda o enriquecimento da metaética desenvolvida
por Wojtyla no que diz respeito à metodologia e à hermenêutica da ética tomista.

This paper treats on the metaethic developed and adopted by the Thought of
Karol Wojtyla, based on the Work of Saint Thomas Aquinas. It also criticizes, using
the same Thought, other Ethical proposes, as Scheler´s and Kant´s ones, among
others. It demonstrates the enrichment of Metaethic in what concerns about
Methodology and Hermeneutics in Thomistic Ethics.
