Objetivos: Relatar experiências da prática da disciplina de integração ensino-serviço-comunidade (IESC) na unidade básica de saúde (UBS). Métodos: A Atividade ocorreu no segundo semestre de 2021, com um grupo de sete acadêmicos do curso de medicina do Centro Universitário de Pato Branco-PR. As visitas eram feitas quinzenalmente na UBS e visavam integrar os alunos à rotina da equipe multidisciplinar. Resultados: Diante da experiência desses alunos com a comunidade e a realidade do local adscrito, percebe-se que além de ser um bairro distante do centro da cidade, é um bairro carente em infraestruturas básicas Conclusão:O método de aprendizagemcobrado foi relacionar teoria e prática somado à vivência em campo proporcionada pela disciplina, nos permitindo desenvolver soft skills, habilidades comportamentais e socioemocionais diretamente ligadas à forma como lidamos com as pessoas, importantíssima na relação médico-paciente para atuar na Atenção Básica de forma crítica e reflexiva. Objectives: To report experiences in practice of the teaching and service-community (IESC) discipline at the basic health unit (UBS). Methods: The Activity happened in the second half of 2021, with a group of seven medical students from the Centro Universitário of Pato Branco-PR. The visits happened every two weeks at the UBS and had the objective of integrating the students into the team ́s multidisciplinary routine. Result:Through the experiences of these students with the community and the reality of the place, it is noticed is a distant neighborhood with bad basic structures. Conclusion: The learning method was to relate the theory with the practice, was made by the discipline of IESC, and allowed us to learn soft skills, behavioral skills and socioemotional, that are linked to the way we care of people, which are very important in the link of doctors and patients to work in the primary attention with creative and reflective.
