O trabalho ora desenvolvido faz uma análise quanto à utilização, pelo mercado jurídico, das tecnologias como ferramentas de gestão. A partir da análise do termo “Gestão Jurídica” e de breve análise sobre o atual momento histórico, passaremos a avaliar as peculiaridades do mercado jurídico, os principais desafios de gestão da área legal e o papel da tecnologia, inclusive da inteligência artificial, perante o mercado jurídico brasileiro.
The work developed makes an analysis about the use, by the legal market, of technologies as management tools. From the analysis of the term “Legal Management” and a brief analysis on the current historical moment, we will try the peculiarities of the legal market; management challenges of the legal area and how the technology, including artificial intelligence, is influencing the Brazilian legal market.
