: A busca por mecanismos de aperfeiçoamento progressivo nos resultados educacionais obtidos
pelas diferentes instituições de ensino constitui o grande desafio do atual modelo de educação em vigor no
Brasil. Para as instituições de ensino superior, a inserção de discentes, recém graduados, no mercado de
trabalho, atendendo às necessidades e expectativas das entidades, aonde venham a atuar é um dos muitos
indicadores que sinalizam a sua performance e os resultados obtidos pelos diferentes perfis de escolas de
ensino superior ora atuantes no país. Por isso, a correta identificação e mensuração de ferramentas que
venham a somar com este objetivo-fim, analisando os mecanismos de sua utilização, sem comprometer a
missão dessas entidades, é a principal vertente desse estudo, onde avaliaremos as técnicas do processo de
“coach” e sua aplicabilidade no ensino superior como provável ferramenta para o desenvolvimento de
competências comportamentais e gerenciais, que facilitem o ingresso de recém-graduados, pelo melhor
atendimento das expectativas do mercado de trabalho

The search for mechanisms of progressive improvement in the educational results obtained by
different teaching institutions constitutes the great challenge of the model of education currently in Brazil.
For the institutions of superior teaching, the pupils' insertion, recent undergraduates in the labor market,
providing the necessities and expectations of the entities, wherever they come to act, it is one of many
indicators signalling their performance as well as the results obtained by the different profiles of active
schools of superior teaching in the country. Therefore, the right identification and measurement of tools
that might add up with the final aim, analysing the mechanisms of their usage, is the main target of this
study, where we will evaluate the techniques of the process of "coach" and its applicability in the superior
