UM OLHAR FENOMENOLÓGICO SOBRE BABBITT, DE SINCLAIR LEWIS: UM DIÁLOGO ENTRE PSICOLOGIA E LITERATURA

A proposta deste artigo é fazer uma correlação entre o pensamento dialógico de
Buber e Fonseca e o romance Babbitt, de Sinclair Lewis. Uma correlação entre Psicologia (de
base Fenomenológica-Existencial, a qual tem seu lugar no vivido, no imediato e no préreflexivo,
com aproximações da Gestalt-Terapia) e Literatura (mostrando a importância desta
para a formação do psicólogo). Nesta correlação, usei de minha des-leitura, que é a maneira
própria e singular que cada pessoa usa para interpretar uma mensagem. Um estudo do
Dialógico, saindo de seu discurso científico e filosófico, para expressá-lo numa outra forma
de linguagem, através da arte, da Literatura, pelo romance Babbitt e pela minha des-leitura.

Resumo Inglês:

The proposal of this article is to make a correlation between Buber and Fonseca
dialogic thought and the novel Babbitt, by Sinclair Lewis. A correlation between Psychology
(of Phenomenological Existential base, which has his place in the experienced, in the
immediate, and in the pre-reflexiveness, approaching the Gestalt-Therapy) and Literature
(showing its importance for the psychologist education). In this correlation, I used of my dereading,
that is the singular and proper way that each person uses for interpreting a message.
A study of the Dialogic, leaving its philosophical and scientific talk, to express it in an
another form of language, through the art, the Literature, the novel Babbitt and my own dereading.
