Resumo Português:
Este trabalho é uma análise sobre proteção constitucional aos direitos de refugiados relacionados ao trabalho: o direito ao trabalho e os direitos laborais. Mediante análise de bibliografia, documentos de órgãos internacionais e estatísticas do ACNUR e do Conare, estudou-se as seguintes questões: a condição de refugiado, como pessoa deslocada, por motivo de perseguição, os princípios que regem o refúgio, sua acepção pela Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil, a específica proteção garantida aos direitos laborais, os problemas mais comuns enfrentados pelos refugiados, no Brasil, e soluções para eles.
Resumo Inglês:
The present paper is an analysis on the constitutional protection of refugees’ work-related human rights: the right to work and labour rights. By analysing bibliography, international organization’s documents and data provided by the UNHCR and the Brazilian Commission of Refugees, the following questions were studied: the condition of refugee as a forced displaced person, who flee from persecution, the principles relating to refuge, their incorporation by the Federal Republic of Brazil’s Constitution, the specific protection granted to labour rights, the most common problems faced by refugees in Brazil, and solutions for them.
