Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar os estilos de aprendizagem dos alunos do curso de administração do Centro Universitário FECAP, por meio da aplicação de um questionário que utilizou como base o Learning Style Inventory - LSI de Kolb, a amostra foi composta por 194 estudantes distribuídos nos 8 semestres do curso. Os resultados demonstraram que os alunos se encontram entre o estilo Convergente (41%) caracterizado por indivíduos essencialmente pragmáticos e Acomodador (37%) reconhecido pela inclinação à aprendizagem prática e experiência coletiva. De forma geral, o perfil identificado retrata as características do administrador.

This study was to identify the learning styles of students from the administration course of the FECAP, through the application of a questionnaire based on the Kolb Learning Style Inventory - LSI, the sample was composed of 194 students distributed in 8 semesters of the course. The results showed that the students are between the Convergent style (41%) characterized by essentially pragmatic individuals and Accommodator (37%) recognized by the inclination to practical learning and collective experience. In general, the profile identified portrays the characteristics of the administrator
